6. Select the port agency, which must be in charge to make the clearance for your container.

7. It is to be guaranteed that on the day of the supply, no local holiday or other obstacles blocks the delivery.

8. The trade union must be informed. Often they have the right to divide the dock labourers.

9. Order of dock labourers, forklifts and if necessary cranes.

10. Exact data must be given, how a supply is to be handed over to the respective ship.

11. Take with you the temperature measuring notes which are in each cooling container.

12. It has to be clarified, who has the right to break the customs seal of the container. In most cases is the right only by the custom authorithies.

13. Very often you have to order the custom authorithies for container opening at a scheduled time.

14. Make sure that the load zones are safety, so that no other persons come to damage.

15. It is important to controll exact the loading time concerning the correctness of the invoice. The union is invoicing you the working hours.
